By accessing and using the Boggl Tkes website or engaging our music instruction services, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, prospective students, current students, and parents or guardians acting on behalf of students under eighteen.

Website Usage

Permitted Use

Our website provides information about our music school, available lessons, and ways to contact us. You may browse the site, read content, and use provided contact methods for legitimate inquiries about our services.

You may view and print pages for personal reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you must not:

Service Terms

Lesson Enrollment

When you enroll for music lessons, you enter into a service agreement with Boggl Tkes. Lessons are provided based on instructor availability and scheduled at mutually agreed times.

We reserve the right to decline enrollment if we believe we cannot adequately serve a prospective student's needs or if scheduling cannot be arranged.

Payment Terms

Lesson fees are due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment through methods specified during enrollment.

Prepaid lesson packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student with our agreement. Unused lessons in packages remain valid for three months from purchase date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Students may cancel or reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours notice. Lessons cancelled with adequate notice can be rescheduled within the same week or following week based on instructor availability.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled or refunded, at our discretion. Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

We occasionally need to cancel lessons due to instructor illness or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we'll provide as much notice as possible and arrange a makeup lesson at no additional charge.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or threatening conduct may result in termination of services without refund.

Students should arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Persistent lateness may result in shortened sessions, as we cannot extend lessons into the next student's allocated time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by Boggl Tkes or licensed to us. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without explicit written permission.

If you become ill or develop symptoms of contagious conditions, please do not attend in-person lessons. We'll arrange alternative scheduling once you've recovered.

Our facilities are maintained to appropriate safety standards. If you notice any hazards, please report them to staff immediately.

Photography and Recording

We occasionally photograph or record student recitals and performances for promotional purposes or to provide students with documentation of their progress. We will seek explicit consent before using any images or recordings that identify individuals.

Students may not record lessons without prior agreement from their instructor. Recording is generally permitted for personal practice reference but not for distribution or commercial use.
